Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to update the address before it ships.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS for standard shipping. Expedited and overnight options require a physical address.
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with neighbors and your building's mail room first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
