Return Policy
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Sale items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How to Return
Start your return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Pack your items
Place items in their original packaging (or any secure box). Include a copy of your order confirmation inside.
Ship it back
Drop off at any USPS location. Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
Get your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability. If you need help, contact us and we'll reserve the item for you.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.
